/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;single handed Pulley Pull 4 Set each hand, each with diff variation, attack front(70Lbs) center (80lbs) and back deltoids(70lbs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;barbell shoulder press 60-70lbs X3 set&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arnold press with 2 dumb bell, each 35lbs 2-3Sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shoulder is important for bball player because that's the part give u strength when u
