Shoulder exercise

My Shoulder exercise is quite hardcore because, i do give it quite number of sets and variety when i wan to do a hardcore "Shoulder" day

single handed Pulley Pull 4 Set each hand, each with diff variation, attack front(70Lbs) center (80lbs) and back deltoids(70lbs).

barbell shoulder press 60-70lbs X3 set

Arnold press with 2 dumb bell, each 35lbs 2-3Sets

Shoulder is important for bball player because that's the part give u strength when u get rebound and drive into the hoop.
