Upper chest

This week, i would focus more on the upper chest, in order to make the chest more 3 dimensional..ha ha

i would use the 40-45degree elevated bench to bench chest the bar bell, 35lbs a side, total 70lbs
3 set of wide grip (2 70lbs, last set 80lbs) and 2 set of close grip (all 70lbs)
